- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations of refundable bookings may take between two to four weeks to reflect in your credit card or bank statement. Bank or credit card charges may be deducted from the advance. Processing time is dependent on the policies of the bank.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 1 or more days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 2.5% of the booking amount as Payment Gateway charges.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival will result in a charge of the first night's amount plus Payment Gateway charges as cancellation fees.
